Terms of Service

These terms cover the Guess That Grade Discord bot. By adding the bot to a server or playing a round, you agree to them.

What the bot does

It posts images of real PSA-graded trading cards and invites people to guess what grade the card received. It keeps a score for each player, separately in each server. It is a game, and nothing it shows is advice about the value or authenticity of any card.

Using it

• Anyone with permission to manage a server may add the bot to it.
• Don't try to manipulate scores through automation, alternate accounts, or by abusing bugs. We may reset a score or block an account or server that does.
• Don't use the bot to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Availability

The bot is free and provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime and no warranty. Features can change or be removed. We may stop running it, or remove it from a server, at any time. Scores are a game record, not something we promise to preserve.

Card images and data

Card images and grading data come from PSA certification records. PSA is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this bot or guessthatgrade.com. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the bot. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the bot means accepting the current version.
